The Chenango-Delaware-Otsego Workforce Career System is the agency to link employers with workers, and workers with the resources they need to develop their careers.

Our goals:
1. Help job seekers not just find a job, but develop and manage a career. That means helping them when they have a job, and when they’re looking.

2. Help employers find the workers they need quickly, and the resources to improve training, workforce retention, and workforce restructuring.

We offer fresh fruits and vegetables from our apple orchard and farm. Apples are available for u-pick and at our stand. We have many apple varieties, some very similar. Honey Crisp, McIntosh, Macoun, Golden Delicious to mention a few. We also specialize in heirloom varieties- Northern Spy, Baldwin, Esopus Spitzenburg, to name a few.  We grow sweet corn, which is available at our stand and pumpkins are available for u-pick and at our stand. We provide a relaxing and easily accessible experience a tour orchard and farm.

Chase Memorial Nursing Home is a part of the Good Shepard Communities. Chase has been a pioneer in the development of healthcare for seniors and currently offers a variety of innovative gerontology programs including Telemedicine and Advanced Wound Care. Although they no longer have an affiliation, Chase was the original site of the “Eden Alternative” program and to this day, you will find cats, dogs and abundant plant life in the facility.

The mission of the Chenango Arts Council is to connect the Arts to our communities to enrich quality of life. The Chenango County Agricultural Society, Inc. is a membership corporation that annually elects a nine-member Board of Directors who serve as volunteers. We are registered as a not-for-profit corporation with a 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) status. Our organization was incorporated in 1847 and has managed the Chenango County Fair for 175 years at different locations in the City of Norwich and Chenango County. Our members are community professionals In the fields of agriculture, government, and youth development.

Our Mission: To lead and support the advancement of research, education, and enjoyment of Chenango County history.

Founded in 1907, Chenango SPCA (CSPCA) is a nationally recognized, open-admission animal shelter that provides care for lost and homeless pets of Chenango County and surrounding areas.

Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM
