Job Description: Commerce Chenango is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to the President and CEO. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the President and CEO, managing their schedule, emails, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the President and CEO.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Conduct research and compile data to support the President and CEO in decision-making and strategic planning.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of board meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents.
• Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives undertaken by Commerce Chenango.
• Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, filing documents, and ordering supplies, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with advanced skills in email management, calendar scheduling, and task tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Benefits:
