Cornell Cooperative Extension is a key outreach system of Cornell University with a strong public mission and an extensive local presence that is responsive to needs in New York communities. The Cornell Cooperative Extension educational system enables people to improve their lives and communities through partnerships that put experience and research knowledge to work.

The Delaware-Chenango-Madison- Otsego Board of Cooperative Educational Services is a regional educational agency providing services in partnership with 16 local school districts. Our BOCES is one of 37 across New York State working in collaboration with our local school districts to offer programs to students and teachers, as well as administrators, and the community.

Providing materials, services and programs to meet Norwich's current recreational, educational and vocational needs with special emphasis on promoting reading, literacy and lifelong learning.
